Ana Verónica Flores Castillo
Sociologist with a PhD in Social Sciences from El Colegio de México. Her research focuses on urban violence in Mexico City’s metropolitan area and how it shapes everyday experiences and the social construction of space. She has collaborated with institutions such as Instituto Mora, UAM Iztapalapa, and UNAM, and has conducted research at the Center for Demographic, Urban, and Environmental Studies at El Colegio de México.

Ana Victoria Gaxiola Lazcano
Historian and political sociologist with a PhD from the University of Edinburgh. Her work explores democracy, political parties, and social movements in Latin America. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Historical Studies at El Colegio de México, where she researches the political incorporation of former armed movement militants. She has also taught in public universities.

Feminist sociologist specialized in gendered organizations, with research experience in Mexico and the U.S. PhD from WSU, Fulbright fellow, and collaborator with the UNESCO Chair on Gender, Leadership, and Equity. She explores inequality and organizational justice through feminist, critical methods.

Daniela Cerva Cerna
Feminist sociologist with a PhD in Political Science (UNAM) and a Master’s in Social Sciences (FLACSO). She has taught and conducted research on political participation, governance, and public policy, and currently collaborates with CIEG–UNAM, FLACSO México, and the Simone de Beauvoir Leadership Institute.

Researcher in migration and human rights. PhD from UATx and Master’s from COLMEX. He has worked at CONAPO and SEGOB. His work explores international mobility and Mexico’s migration policy, with an emphasis on their social impact.

Marisa V. Cervantes
Sociologist with expertise in youth and young adult development, Chicana feminism, first-generation college students, and UX research. She leads the evaluation of a mobile app that promotes adolescent sexual and reproductive health through storytelling and technology. Her research and practice are grounded in social justice, drawing on her academic background from Loyola Marymount University and Washington State University.

Agricultural engineer and PhD candidate in anthropology with over two decades of experience developing qualitative gender indicators. A feminist researcher and evaluation consultant, she specializes in gender mainstreaming tools and vignette-based methodologies. She has also led urban agricultural projects and is currently studying psychology.
